In accordance with our CODE, transparency over our fee structure is non-negotiable and of equal importance to the advice we give. Before you instruct us you deserve confidence in how much you will be spending. Afterall no one is going to be happy receiving an unexpectedly high bill.
Not only this, our ethos is that members of the paying public should receive value for money. Whilst the provision of legal services is a technical proficiency, you still deserve confidence in where your hard earnt money is going.

Key Facts
We charge fixed fees wherever possible.
Hourly fees start at £180.00 and are billed in 6 minute units.
Meeting rooms and travel costs will be chargeable for personal consultations.
Fees must be paid prior to any instructions.
Under a contingency fee agreement you will not pay any fees except for disbursements (i.e. court fees, expert fees etc). Our fees will be an agreed fixed percentage of any damages received.
Under a conditional fee agreement, commonly known as ‘no win, no fee’, you will not pay any fees except for disbursements. Should you win however, we will be entitled to our standard costs at an agreed hourly rate as well as a success fee, being a fixed percentage of up to 25% from any damages received.
On occasion, and entirely at our own discretion we may choose to take on a matter pro bono (free of charge).
We do not accept cash.
Before you proceed you should check any relevant insurance policies (i.e household, car or business) to see if they provide legal expenses cover.
You may also wish to consider purchasing After The Event insurance to cover the costs of litigation.
