  • Yes! We know that not all enquiries are going to result in you formally instructing us.

  • Yes, we are open everyday except for public holidays. Our opening hours are from 8:00AM to 10:00PM.

  • There are two areas to consider here:-

    Firstly, we will need proof of identification via your passport, driving licence or other government issued documentation. We also require proof of address from documentation such as a bank statement or utility bill dated no earlier than 3 months before our consultation.

    With respect to your legal matter it is crucial to submit all relevant documentation to us. If the matter is contentious this not only includes documentation that supports your case but also includes documentation that challenges your case. By providing this we will be best placed to give you a realistic assessment as to the merits of your case.

  • Absolutely. We hire meeting rooms with our trusted providers. If you have any specific needs or adjustments please let us know in advance so we can be sure that the premises meets your requirements.

  • Our fees section gives you an idea as to how much a matter is likely to cost based on time spent. Once we have discussed the matter with you in more detail and reviewed the relevant documentation we can then provide you with a specific fixed price.

  • We understand that funding is of vital importance to you. Whilst we retain the ultimate discretion on how a matter is funded we place particular emphasis on the value of the claim and the chances of a successful outcome. For further clarity we are less likely to offer a ‘No win, No fee’ arrangement if we feel that there are low prospects of success or that the matter is particularly complicated.

  • We unfortunately do not, but if you conduct an online seach for ‘legal aid solicitors’ you should be able to find some suitable local results.
