• Consultations in excess of 1 hour.

• Telephone calls from you to us.

• Written communications and telephone calls from third parties in connection with the Work or your matter as a whole.

Under a Conditional Fee Agreement if you win you will be liable for our fees and a success fee of up to 25% of awarded damages.
